A. All work carried out by us carries a full guarantee for a period of 10 years
Q. Is your company insured?
A. Yes we carry full public liability and employee insurance.
Q. Do I need planning permission ?
A. Many internal alterations to your home or business do not need planning permission, but if you are extending your premises you should check this out, you can always contact us for some advise on this.
Q. Can you put me in touch with an architect to help me with the design and planning of my proposed project?
A. Yes we can put you in touch with an architect that works closely with us and we are more than happy to recommend him.
Q. How long does planning permission take to be approved?
A. This will take approximately 6 - 8 weeks depending on your local authority.
Q. What's the next step once we have excepted your quote?
A. We will provide you with a commencement and a completion date which will all be in writing , you will also be provided with a written agreement and contract.
Q. Will there be much mess?
A. We will make sure that the site is kept tidy at all times.
